Want to host an event?

Before you book

Five things to consider: 1. Check your diary for work and family commitments 2. Book only for yourself – then you are not responsible for others’ bookings 3. Once you’ve booked, put the event in your diary.. you can click on the link in your tickets to do this 4. If you find your work or family circumstances change, please make all attempts to transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague. Then change the name in your online booking via your e-ticket email. 5. If you can’t, please email the organiser – at least two days prior, but preferably a week prior if you can’t pass on your ticket. This is required to enable us to change the catering numbers.
