Coinciding with Women’s Health Week, WIMARQ is delighted to host this in-person and online seminar on Wednesday 15th September with specialists from Brisbane women’s health clinic Eve Health.

Gynaecology, obstetrics and fertility specialists Dr Julie Buchanan and Dr Matt Smith will present on the importance of staying in tune with your body, and proactive ways for women to manage their health and wellbeing.

They will also field questions from in person and online attendees about any women’s health issues on the day.

Leading with Safety: A Women’s Perspective

WIMARQ, South32 and Redpath Australia present ‘Leading with Safety: A Women's Perspective.'

Join WIMARQ, South32 and Redpath Australia for an exciting networking event on 22 October all about ‘leading with safety’ from the perspective of some of our industry’s pre-eminent female safety leaders.

We will hear their thoughts on barriers to everyone going home safe and well each day and their views on what needs to be done to overcome them.

South32 Cannington Operations Mining Manager Jedda Malone will moderate discussion with our panel comprising:

  • Bobbie Foot - BHP’s Executive HSE leader and Global WIM100 2020
  • Jodi Goodall – Brady Heywood’s Organisational Reliability Leader
  • Kate Du Preez - Commissioner for Resources Safety and Health Queensland
  • The event will be held at Customs House, 399 Queen St, Brisbane City in the River room.

    Doors open from 5:30pm, with drinks and canapes served following the panel and presentations.
