WIMARQ is a voluntary committee that organises networking events for our members at no cost to our members. In order to do this, we rely on the support of organisations to sponsor events. If you attend a sponsored event, it is possible that your photograph might be taken. This photograph may be used by WIMARQ or by the sponsor of the event for promotional or marketing purposes. This means that photographs taken at events may be published on websites, flyers, emails or other promotional material. When you book to attend an event, you agree to allow WIMARQ and the sponsor of the event to use any photographs taken at that events. Please note however that we do not release your email or booking details to sponsors. We thank you for your continued support of WIMARQ and look forward to seeing you at the next event.
