From 3pmโ5.30pm, explore a range of health and wellbeing mini exhibitions, enjoy lucky door prizes and pick up a health bag, available for the first 70 guests.
Then from 6pm, stay with us for an inspiring evening with Elizabeth as she shares insights around mindset, confidence, resilience and creating meaningful change in life and work.
