AusIMM – Leadership for Managers in Mining

The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) offers a course titled "Leadership for Managers in Mining." This targeted, industry-specific course is designed to equip new and emerging mining leaders with practical tools to manage teams, communicate effectively, and foster high-performing, safety-focused cultures.

EMPOWER

EMPOWER is a leadership development program designed to accelerate the development of leadership capability in women at all levels within the mining and energy sectors. The program aims to deliver benefits to participants, their companies, and the resources sector by fostering leadership skills and promoting gender diversity.

Grants and Funding

Up to $150,000 for structural inclusion projects and $20,000 for networking or awareness events.
