Celebrating connection and growth.

Highlights from the WIMARQ Alumni Mentoring Networking Event

Last month, the WIMARQ community came together for our Annual Alumni Mentoring Networking Event, an evening dedicated to celebrating growth, connection, and the power of mentoring.

The event opened with a heartfelt reflection from mentor Jackie Rose Meyer, who shared her personal journey and the profound impact mentoring has had on her leadership development. Jackie’s story was a powerful reminder of how these relationships help shape not only careers but also confidence, resilience, and purpose.

We were also inspired by insights from Susan at Metisphere, who highlighted the tangible impact of the mentoring program through compelling statistics. Her presentation reinforced just how far-reaching and meaningful the program’s outcomes have been for both mentors and mentees across the WIMARQ network.

Adding to the excitement of the evening, our Marketing & Communications Lead, Emelia Chalker, offered guests an exclusive first look at WIMARQ’s refreshed branding and upcoming website launch. The reveal was met with great enthusiasm, capturing the energy and optimism of a community that continues to evolve and grow.

The room was buzzing with stories, introductions, and the kind of authentic networking that strengthens our shared community.
